East Coast Park
Sitting outside my house, it's hard to believe that the last month was spent in three different countries. France, Singapore, Thailand - it was a whirlwind adventure. Now it's important I tell you, I love home, I am what most of you would consider a lola (mainly because I have been told this repeatedly by my more appropriately acting friends of the same age). On a Saturday night I would much rather be in bed, face lit up by my overused iPad and Kindle app until I fall asleep - more interested in the characters in my books than anything else.
There are times when I have reason to abandon this habit but I always prefer to end the day early and start the next one refreshed and in attack mode. Which leads me to this post. I spent days (literally days) scouring instagram clicking on profiles pre-trip until I found photographers to work with abroad. Working with Faye, Rachel, Christine in Paris and now Amanda Wong in Singapore has been a dream come true. Each of them showcasing their eye for capturing the cities while embracing the Miss Jones aesthetics. I have relished it so much that on a Friday night I am resisting the urge to climb into bed early and Beautiful Ruins by Jess Walter has been set aside momentarily in order to share a little bit of Singapore with you.
