Fresh off the plane I've dived head first into the deep end of what has become the final stretch of projects and a great way to end the year that is/was two zero one five. I was invited to attend a press presentation of Gucci’s latest collection in Singapore and Alessandro Michele’s Spring Summer 2016 showing continued the vintage story of the modern Gucci woman. With oriental detailing, over 20 prints and ubiquitous lace and embroidery it’s enough to make your grandma giggle with glee. Let’s be honest though, I’m still not quite over (aka touching, fondling, stroking, wearing) the Fall Winter collection and I went little bit weak at the bee’s knees over this handbag, bird motif dress and Michele’s signature pleats. Start lining up ladies, SS16 is going to be a popular one.
