Ever since Princess Jasmine took hold of a cloud on her magic carpet ride, I have been mesmerized with them, to the point where if we're in a plane above 15000ft, don't talk to me - I'll be busy envisioning what it would be like to bounce around on them...sort of like a cotton candy bouncing castle. Granted they're actually made up of condensed water vapour and if I jumped out I'd just fall right through them, but dutch artist Berndnaut Smilde has found a way to manipulate humidity, temperature and a fog machine to simulate clouds juuuust long enough to photograph them and keep my imagination alive.
